p\u00fablicas presentadas por la SHCP en su <a style=\"color: black; \"target=\"blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/shcp\/prensa\/comunicado-no-23-hacienda-entrega-al-h-congreso-de-la-union-los-pre-criterios-2023\">comunicado<\/a> n\u00famero 23, para el 2023 se estima que exista un entorno favorable para la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds, dando un crecimiento del PIB de 3.5%. Sin embargo \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que va a pasar con la industria manufacturera?<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primeramente, es importante mencionar que la industria manufacturera representa m\u00e1s del 18 % del PIB y es la principal industria exportadora con un 87%, siendo as\u00ed, una actividad primordial para la econom\u00eda.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para este a\u00f1o, acorde al informe de la firma Engen Capital, se prev\u00e9 que esta industria tenga un crecimiento estimado del 4.1%.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ciertamente, es acertado mencionar que despu\u00e9s de la crisis de 2020 y posterior al COVID-19, las industrias han tenido una nueva etapa de expansi\u00f3n y se vienen cambios para el 2023 y 2024.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-18e96f1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"18e96f1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-dc1b5ee\" data-id=\"dc1b5ee\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f03a026 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f03a026\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tendencias para la industria manufacturera<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-111fba9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"111fba9\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e7c0eeb\" data-id=\"e7c0eeb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6cb30a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a6cb30a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acorde a la encuesta \u201c<a style=\"color: black;\" href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/Deloitte\/us\/Documents\/energy-resources\/us-2023-outlook-manufacturing.pdf\" target=\"blank\">2023 Manufacturing Industry Outlook<\/a>\u201d, realizada por Deloitte, es necesario considerar cinco tendencias en este a\u00f1o para el sector manufacturero.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.Interferir en tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas para reducir riesgos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las empresas con una mayor madurez digital han incrementado su visibilidad en los procesos de suministro y se adaptan r\u00e1pidamente a los desaf\u00edos que se presentan en este proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invertir en tecnolog\u00eda ayuda a los fabricantes a darle un giro a sus procesos, as\u00ed como sus capacidad de generar mayores datos y un an\u00e1lisis para generar mejores previsiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Aplicar estrategias en gesti\u00f3n de talento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es imprescindible que las industrias manufactureras consideren realizar estrategias de retenci\u00f3n de personal, debido a que puede existir una escasez de mano de obra, lo cual perjudica la cadena suministros y por consiguiente, la eficacia de producci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunas de estas son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plantearse el aumento salarial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brindar formaci\u00f3n continua.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inversi\u00f3n en una empresa de talentos y tecnolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. Cadena de proveedur\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un estudio de Deloitte acerca de la cadena de proveedur\u00eda muestra que el 72% de los ejecutivos encuestados de industrias manufactureras piensan que existe una escasez de materiales e interrupciones dentro de la cadena de suministros; esta es la mayor incertidumbre que se tiene para este a\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debido a esto, en muchas empresas de este sector han implementado una gesti\u00f3n de relaciones con sus proveedores, estrechando relaciones como socios para formar negociaciones.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed mismo han implementado estrategias para impulsar la capacidad local en toda la cadena de valor para reducir problemas log\u00edsticos y cuellos de botella en la distribuci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Adoptar un enfoque hol\u00edstico para tener una f\u00e1brica inteligente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es posible que las industrias se sigan encaminado al uso e innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, lo cual&nbsp; impulsa la competitividad en un futuro.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, esto provoca que sea fundamental realizar inversiones en bases inteligentes en sus organizaciones, desde mejorar su conectividad a trav\u00e9s de la nube, fuentes de datos y 5G.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>5.
