href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/profedet\/articulos\/conoce-mas-en-relacion-al-pago-del-aguinaldo?idiom=es\">el aguinaldo<\/a> naviden\u0303o antes del 20 de diciembre de cada an\u0303o.\n\nTambie\u0301n es una pra\u0301ctica comu\u0301n que se llegue a un acuerdo con los colaboradores para dividir el pago en dos: uno contemplado en la fecha definida de acuerdo a la ley, y la otra a principios de an\u0303o. En caso de no tener esta antigu\u0308edad, se debe aprender a calcular el aguinaldo proporcional.<\/p><p>Para ello, se debe contemplar cua\u0301nto gana un colaborador por quincena y dividirlo por los 365 di\u0301as correspondientes del an\u0303o.
