We have experienced <\/span>a series of reform laws, by which <\/span>we want to tell you about the REPSE due to the stage-government  we are going through.<\/span><\/p>

An update that has meant a major change to the business sector from the 23rd of April of 2021 is the implementation of the REPSE<\/a> (Registration of Providers of Services for individuals and legal entities) within the Federal Labor Law.<\/p>

The REPSE establishes the obligation of record companies offering services or specialized works that are not part of the social object, or of the prevailing economic activity of the contracting company. In addition, made available to customer its staff to perform a work or a specialized service, for example:<\/p>

    • security Service of a company or office<\/li>
    • Service dining room for the workers,<\/li>
    • Maintenance of machinery that the client has in its facilities<\/li>
