We have experienced a series of reform laws, by which we want to tell you about the REPSE due to the stage-government  we are going through.

An update that has meant a major change to the business sector from the 23rd of April of 2021 is the implementation of the REPSE (Registration of Providers of Services for individuals and legal entities) within the Federal Labor Law.

That comply with all the rules that indicates the LFT (Federal Labor Law). For that reason, today we will tell you what that implies the REPSE and what benefits they bring our services to have such an important record.

What is it?

The REPSE establishes the obligation of record companies offering services or specialized works that are not part of the social object, or of the prevailing economic activity of the contracting company. In addition, made available to customer its staff to perform a work or a specialized service, for example:

    • Maintenance of machinery that the client has in its facilities
